Terms of Service

Iinekez Ads reads a website you give it and produces an ad plan, a budget map across ad platforms, and ad drafts. Once you connect ad accounts, it reports their results against your own sales records.

Iinekez Ads does not spend money or change campaigns on its own. Ad-account access is read-only, and every change is a proposal that you decide on. You are responsible for any change you make on an ad platform.

Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest bill you directly, on your own ad accounts. We never resell, mark up or handle your ad spend. You are responsible for those bills and for following each platform’s advertising policies.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for the business you add.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only add websites you are allowed to advertise.

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the flat price shown on our site, and never as a share of your ad spend.
• Cancel any time from the billing page. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• If we change a price, we give you at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to you.

You keep ownership of your website content and your data. You let us process them only to provide the service. The ad drafts we produce for you are yours to use.

Do not use Iinekez Ads for ads that are illegal, deceptive or infringing. Do not try to reach other people’s accounts or data. Do not interfere with the service.

Plans, forecasts and reports are estimates built from the data you and the platforms provide. Advertising results vary, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Demo figures on the site are labelled as simulated.

The service depends on ad platforms, Stripe and our hosting providers, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their decisions, for example a platform suspending an ad account.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You can stop using Iinekez Ads and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
